Don McFadden – Senior Environmental Professional

Don McFadden is a Senior Environmental Professional, providing services for commercial and industrial real estate transactions for over 30 years. He started his consulting career performing Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for properties throughout the country. For the past 25 years Don has focused on providing a tiered environmental due diligence approach for the lending community, paying attention to the level of service based on the client’s risk tolerance. Don has provided environmental consulting expertise for hundreds of clients and thousands of real estate transactions.

Don obtained a BS in Environmental Science with a minor in Geology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has been a Licensed Maine Geologist for more than 20 years. Don lives in South Portland with his wife. They enjoy dining at the many great restaurants Maine offers, sunsets on Ferry Beach, boating on Casco Bay, traveling the world, and spending time with family and friends.
