Don McFadden – Senior Environmental Professional
Don McFadden is a Senior Environmental Professional, providing services for commercial and industrial real estate transactions for over 25 years. He started his consulting career performing Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for properties throughout the country. For the past 20 years Don has focused on providing a tiered environmental due diligence approach for the lending community, paying attention to the level of service based on the client’s risk tolerance. Don has provided environmental consulting expertise for hundreds of clients and thousands of real estate transactions.
Don is a Board member of Maine Real Estate & Development Association and is active on the Membership Committee.
Don obtained a BS in Environmental Science with a concentration in Geology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has been a Licensed Maine Geologist for more than 15 years. Don lives in South Portland with his wife. They enjoy dining at all the great restaurants Maine offers, sunsets on Ferry Beach with friends and family, exploring with their e-bikes, and cruising the British Virgin Islands.
